The After School Care Pilot Program shall be designed as a recreational program. Children will be introduced to activities developed for their enjoyment, health and welfare and will at all times be supported by adult supervision. The program will meet all licensing requirements as mandated by the Kentucky Department of Human Resources and for all other governing agencies having jurisdiction in this matter. The program will be located at 321 North Second Street, Richmond, Kentucky within designated areas of the Recreational Center. Prior to the commencement of the program there shall be a complete and detailed policy and procedures manual created for review and adoption by the City Commission. Said policies and procedures shall become a part of this subchapter and serve as the operational guide of the After School Care Program.
