§ 32.15 ADOPTION OF COUNTY EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
   That the city, as of March 1, 1984, adopts the provisions of County Employees Retirement System pursuant to KRS 78.510 through 78.852, for all non-uniformed city employees effective March 1, 1984.
