(A) In the absence or disability of the Mayor that shall prevent that person from serving in the office and capacity of Mayor during a national, state or local emergency, the duties and responsibilities of the Mayor shall be administered by the duly appointed Mayor Pro Tem.
(B) The Mayor Pro Tem shall be appointed by the City Commission by municipal order following the initiation of their term of office.
(C) If neither the Mayor nor Mayor Pro Tem is able to serve in the office and capacity of Mayor by reason of absence or disability, then the duties of the office of Mayor shall be assumed by the remaining members of the City Commission based on order of their election total in the general election.
