§ 70.08 EXCEPTIONS.

Any golf cart that complies with the requirements of state law, which make it a street legal golf cart and/or low speed vehicle, and is therefore eligible for usage on public streets as prescribed by law, shall be exempt from the requirements of this subchapter as they are regulated by state motor vehicle laws.
