§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   The abatement of any nuisance in accordance with the procedure prescribed by this chapter shall not prevent the town from proceeding in a criminal action against any person violating the provisions of this chapter. Violations of this chapter may be subject to abatement summarily by appropriate injunction issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.

   (B)   Violation of any of the provisions of §§ 50.03, 50.06, 50.23 or 50.25 of this chapter by any firm, person or corporation shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $500 or of imprisonment by no more than six months, or both. Each and every violation shall constitute a separate and distinct defense.
