All mobile solid waste containers shall be placed within ten feet of the paved portion of the street or road serving the property by 7:00 a.m. on the days of collection. Town employees or solid waste contractors shall not retrieve or empty any solid waste container which is not street-side, except as to those residential customers who cannot roll the container to the street because of illness or age. Any person requesting to be exempt from the requirements of rolling the containers to the street shall make application to the town administration, who shall rule on each requested exemption.
