§ 32.04 SUPERVISION OF DEPARTMENT.
   The Chief of Police shall have immediate direction and control of the members of the Police Department, subject, however, to the supervision of the Town Administrator, Town Board and to rules, regulations and order that the Town Board may prescribe.
