§ 32.03 POLICE OFFICERS’ DUTIES.
   (A)   The Chief of Police and the members of the Police Department shall have the duty of enforcing all ordinances of the town and the laws of the state within the town, and other duties as may be prescribed by ordinance, and to abide by rules and regulations as the Town Board may prescribe.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of each member of the police force, upon information furnished him or her, or upon his or her knowledge of any violation of the ordinances of the town or of the laws of the state, to secure proper warrants for the arrest and trial of offenders against any ordinances or laws.
