§ 153.031 CONTINUATION OF NON-CONFORMING SITUATIONS AND COMPLETION OF NON-CONFORMING PROJECTS.
   (A)    Non-conforming situations that were otherwise lawful on the effective date of this chapter may be continued, subject to the restrictions and qualifications set forth in the sections below.
   (B)   Non-conforming projects may be completed only in accordance with the provisions of § 153.037.
