There is hereby created and established a special tax district within Richland County, South Carolina to be known as "Chartwell Sewer District," and which shall include and be comprised of the territory in the county embraced within the following description:
All that certain portion of Richland County, South Carolina, located in the vicinity of the intersection of Chartwell Road and St. Andrews Road and being more particularly shown on the official Property Tax Maps of Richland County, Sheets #06011 and #06012, on file in the office of the county administrator as of July 24, 1986, as being composed of those parcels which are designated by the numbers 06011-1-3 through 06011-1-8, inclusive; 06011-2-1 through 06011-2-12, inclusive; 06011-3-1 through 06011-3-13, inclusive, 06011-3-23; 06012-6-1 through 06012-6-7, inclusive; 06012-5-1 through 06012-5-11, inclusive; 06012-4-1 through 06012-4-3, inclusive; 06012-4-15 through 06012-4-29, inclusive; 06012-2-3 through 06012-2-5, inclusive; and 06012-1-1, on said Property Tax Map Sheet #06011 and #06012, said maps being incorporated herein as a part and parcel of this description.
