521.12 OIL FIELD WASTE DISPOSAL PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person, firm or corporation shall dispose of or deposit any brine, sludge, frac-water or other oil field waste within this Village.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
