511.08 RECREATIONAL, OFF-HIGHWAY VEHICLES.

No person shall operate a motor driven recreational or off-highway vehicle, including dune buggies, snowmobiles, all terrain vehicles, go carts, and mini-bikes that produce a maximum noise exceeding the following noise limit at a distance of fifty feet from the center line of travel.

TYPE OF VEHICLE	NOISE LIMIT
Snowmobile	86dB(A)
Any other vehicle	82dB(A)
