351.09 PARKING PROHIBITED ON CERTAIN STREETS AT ALL TIMES.
   (a)   No person shall park, stand, cause, allow or permit to be parked, or allow to stand, any vehicle except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or a traffic control device, in any of the following places:
      (1)   On either side of Brecksville Road, except in the Historic District.
      (2)   On either side of Broadview Road (State Route 176), except in the Historic District.
      (3)   On the north and south sides of Murial Drive from Brecksville Road to Virginia Drive.
      (4)   On the north and south sides of Maple Drive from Brecksville Road a distance of 1,000 feet.
      (5)   On either side of State Route 303, except in the Historic District.
      (6)   On the north and south sides of Columbia Road.

      (7)   On the north and south sides of Wheatley Road from Interstate 77 entrance and exit ramps to Brecksville Road. (Ord. 41-1999. Passed 7-6-99.)
   (b)   The Director of Public Service is authorized and directed to post appropriate traffic control devices in order to carry out the terms of this section and in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 4511.11.

   (c)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
