No motor transportation company or private motor carrier, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4921.01 and 4921.02, shall operate any motor vehicle on the roads, streets or highways in this Municipality, without having displayed on both sides thereof, in such places as to be easily seen by anyone wishing to identify the vehicle, the following in letters and figures not less than two inches in height and 3/4-inch in width:
(a) Company number of vehicle;
(b) Company name, location and state.
