343.05 CERTIFICATE OF NECESSITY REQUIRED.

No motor transportation company or private motor carrier shall operate any motor vehicle in this municipality for the transportation of persons or property, for compensation or for hire, without obtaining a certificate of necessity as required by Ohio R.C. 4921.07.
