343.01 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION RULES.

No motor transportation company, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4921.01 and 4921.02, or private motor carrier, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4923.01 and 4923.02, shall operate any motor vehicle on or over the roads, streets and highways of this municipality in violation of any of the rules and regulations as prescribed by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
