To provide funds for the General Fund, capital improvements, special projects and recreation of the Village of Richfield, there is hereby levied a tax on all income, salaries, qualifying wages, commissions and other compensation, and on net profits as hereinafter provided in Ordinance 92-2002, passed 12-3-02, and as subsequently amended or replaced. This Ordinance replaces Ordinance 29-1969, and amendments thereto.
