735.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates Section 735.02(a) and/or Section 735.02(b) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 735.02(c) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
