(a) Whoever violates Section 945.08(i) of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree,
(b) Whoever violates any other provision of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(c) Whoever commits any other crime or other type of offense within the boundaries of any Village cemetery not specifically mentioned in this Chapter shall he punished as may be provided in that applicable law.
