(a) The 4.99 acres of land (PPN: 50-00112) donated by the Lobalzo Family, the 8.31 acres of land (50-00113) donated by Orchard LLC, and the 4.27 acres of property (PPN: 50-01569) acquired by the Village henceforth shall be known as Babbs Orchard Park in order to recognize and the honor the legacy and significance of Babbs Orchard in the community.
(b) The Village may erect signage, in appropriate locations, reflecting the name and existence of the Babb’s Orchard Park, and may otherwise refer to the properties as such.
