151.02 ADOPTION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The rules and regulations of the Park and Recreation Board attached to Ordinance 20-2014, passed March 4, 2014, and made a part hereof are hereby approved and shall have the same force and effect as though fully rewritten herein.
