151.01 DUTIES AND EXPENDITURES.

(a) The Parks and Recreation Board shall be charged with the duty of maintaining the Village parks and shall be further charged with the duty of instituting and implementing certain recreation programs on Village park property, and further duties as shall be designated by Council.

(b) All expenditures by the Park and Recreation Board shall be first authorized by Council. (Ord. 75-1967. Passed 12-19-67.)
