(a) Council hereby adopts the general rules and regulations for plats and subdivisions as those rules and regulations are attached to and made a part of original Ordinance 73-1980.
(b) The Clerk shall keep and maintain a complete copy of such rules and regulations for inspection by the public and shall also file a copy of such rules and regulations in the Summit County Law Library and the Clerk shall have copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
