147.09 AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS AND FIRE MEDICS.

No person shall be eligible to receive an original appointment as a volunteer Firefighter or Fire Medic in the Fire Department unless the person has reached the age of eighteen, but no volunteer Firefighter or Fire Medic shall be eligible to be appointed to full-time status if he or she exceeds the age of thirty-six. (Ord. 32-2003. Passed 5-6-03.)
