147.02 DUTIES OF MEMBERS OF THE DIVISION OF FIRE.

The duties of such officers and employee of the Division of Fire shall be determined by the Mayor as Director of Public Safety and the Fire Chief. The job description and operation of the Division of Fire shall be vested in the Mayor as Director of Public Safety and the Fire Chief. (Ord. 12-1999. Passed 2-16-99.)
