147.01 DIVISION OF FIRE ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established in and for the Village a Division of Fire to be composed of a Fire Chief, an Assistant Fire Chief, not more than two Captains, not more than four Lieutenants and no more than forty Firefighters and such other officers and employees as Council shall from time to time determine.
