Any person, firm, corporation or other entity whose motor vehicle is impounded by the Police Department and stored on Village property shall be charged five dollars ($5.00) per day or part thereof for storage. The Mayor shall have the authority to waive the foregoing charges under such terms and conditions as are reasonable and proper.
