(a) Effective March 1, 1981, the Mayor and Director of Finance are authorized to pay a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour for use of the Brecksville Police indoor firing range by Village police officers.
(b) Requests for the use of the facility shall be made in writing to the Mayor of Brecksville and shall be subject to his approval.
(c) Firing range fees shall include the cost of the attendance of a range officer furnished by the City of Brecksville.
