(a) There is hereby established, effective November 15, 1987 a fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per day or part thereof for incarceration and feeding of prisoners when this Village refers prisoners to the City of Brecksville.
(b) The Director of Finance and the Mayor shall pay the sums due under subsection (a) hereof upon receipt from the City of Brecksville of a statement of services rendered.
