139.18 HISTORIC STREETSCAPE FUND.
   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5705.12, there is hereby created an Historic Streetscape Fund which shall receive donations to the Historic Streetscape Project and whose principal and interest shall be used for the Historic Streetscape Project.
