(a) There is hereby established a special fund which shall be known as the Drilling Administrative Fund.
(b) The source of the money for such Fund shall be funds collected pursuant to Ordinance 39-1984.
(c) The interest earned from such Fund shall be credited to such Fund.
(d) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to transfer from the General Fund, and to credit the Drilling Administrative Fund, all moneys which have been credited to the General Fund as a result of collections and deposits made pursuant to Ordinance 39-1984.
(e) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to perform all acts and things necessary to carry out the purposes of this section.
(f) The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized and directed to transmit a certified copy of this section to the Auditor of the State, Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices.
