139.11 BRECKSVILLE ROAD PAVING FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Brecksville Road Paving Fund.
   (b)   The Clerk is authorized and directed to transmit a certified copy of this section to the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices.
