139.07 FIRE TRUCK FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby created a special fund to be known as the Fire Truck Fund.
   (b)   The purpose of the foregoing fund shall be to provide a fund for the payment of a fire truck and appurtenances thereto.
   (c)   The interest earned by the Fire Truck Fund shall be credited to the Fire Truck Fund.
   (d)   The Clerk of Council shall transmit a copy of this section to the Bureau of Investigation and Supervision of Public Offices. (Ord. 19-1976. Passed 4-6-76.)
