(a) There is hereby created a special fund to be known as the Sidewalk Fund.
(b) The purpose of the foregoing fund shall be to provide a fund for the payment of sidewalk construction.
(c) The interest earned by the Sidewalk Fund shall be credited to the Sidewalk Fund.
(d) The Clerk of Council shall transmit a copy of this section to the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices. (Ord. 18-1976. Passed 4-6-76.)
