(a) There is hereby created a special fund which shall be the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund.
(b) The purpose for the Fund is to accumulate moneys for future sanitary sewer projects.
(c) The source of money for such Fund shall be the Capital Improvement Fund.
(d) The use to be put to such Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund shall be the payment of costs and charges relating to the improvement and extension of the sanitary sewer system of the Village. (Ord. 20-1973. Passed 5-1-73.)
