For the term commencing January 1, 2016, the compensation of the Mayor shall be $72,000 annually, together with such other benefits as are received by the full-time employees of the Village. The compensation of the Mayor shall be increased only every two years thereafter, beginning January 1, 2018, by the same percentage increase, if any, applicable to the compensation for all full-time employees of the Village during the preceding two years.
