1147.05 LOT REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   Minimum Lot Area: 40,000 square feet
   (b)   Minimum Lot Width at Building Line: 150 feet
   (c)   Minimum Lot Width at Street Right of Way Line: 150 feet
   (d)   Maximum Building Coverage: 20%
   (e)   Minimum Landscaped and Planted Area: 30%
