(a) The license issued under the provisions of this Chapter shall be carried by any peddler or solicitor at all times when peddling or soliciting and shall be exhibited to any resident or municipal official upon request.
(b) Any peddler, itinerant hawker, solicitor or person shall display at all times when working within the municipality an identification issued by the Police Department, indicating they are licensed to work within the municipality.
(c) Said identification shall contain the following information:
(1) The facial photograph of the individual;
(2) The full name of the individual;
(3) The name of the organization they are employed by or who they represent; and
(4) The date of issuance and expiration of the license.
