As used in Section 18.01, the term “electors” shall mean the registered voters of the Municipality. For the purposes of determining the number of signatures required on petitions under Section 18.01, reference shall be made to the total number of electors registered on the date of the last November election preceding the filing of the petition, as determined by the Summit County Board of Elections.
