1515.03 NEW OCCUPANCIES.

New occupancies (change of ownership or change of lease) shall be required to have a hydrostatic test and adequate inventory records before any permits are issued. A copy of such test and inventories shall be received by the Fire Department and if there are no leaking conditions existing, a permit may be issued at that time.
