1515.02 ABANDONED UNDERGROUND TANKS.

Any abandoned underground tanks shall be removed from the ground within a period not to exceed ninety days. All piping shall also be removed from the ground at the same time the tanks are removed. All tanks and piping shall be removed in a manner that meets the safety standards of the Fire Department.
