Every permittee under this chapter shall:
(a) Move a building only over streets designated for such use in the written permit;
(b) Notify the Building Inspector in writing of a desired change in moving date and hours as proposed in the application;
(c) Notify the Building Inspector in writing of any and all damage done to property belonging to the Village within twenty-four hours after the damage or injury has occurred;
(d) Remove the building from the Village streets by nightfall;
(e) Comply with the Building Code, the Zoning Code, and all other applicable ordinances and laws upon relocating the building in the Village;
(f) Pay the expense of a traffic officer ordered by the Building Inspector to accompany the movement of the building to protect the public from injury;
(g) Remove all rubbish and materials and fill all excavations at the original building site to existing grade so that the premises are left in a safe and sanitary condition;
(h) See that the sewer line is plugged with a concrete stopper. If the premises is serviced by a septic system, the applicant must comply with Summit County Health regulations regarding the abandonment of septic systems and leach fields. Water service to the property shall be properly capped and placed in such a position that it will not be dangerous to people entering the property. The permittee shall notify the gas and electric companies to remove their services thereon;
(i) The applicant shall prepare the premises to receive the building moved thereon so that the building can be secured upon a foundation within thirty days. All bonds shall remain in effect until the structure is secured upon the new foundation. (Ord. 53-1968. Passed 7-16-68.)
