The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the Board of Summit County Commissioners, providing for the administration of the Village of Richfield Building Code by the Summit County Building Department. A copy of this contract is attached hereto and made a part of the original copy of Ordinance 10-1967.
This agreement provides that the Village receive twenty percent of the gross fees, such fees to be paid to the Village in semiannual installments. The agreement may be canceled by either party on receipt of a sixty-day notice in writing delivered by ordinary mail.
Fees to be charged shall be pursuant to the Building Code of the Village.
