The provisions of the Building Code of Summit County shall be held to be the minimum requirements for regulating the safety, health, and sanitary conditions of one, two or three-family residential buildings, and all accessory buildings. The requirements of the Ohio State Building Code for all occupancies named in such Code and all Building Code Rules and Regulations of the Ohio Board of Building Standards and all published building code requirements of the Division of Factory and Building Inspection of the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations shall be the minimum requirements for all buildings constructed and erected or proposed to be constructed and erected in the Village, and are hereby incorporated and made a part of the Building Code of Richfield, Ohio, as if the same were written into such Code in its entirety.
