Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by reference, as fully as if set out at length herein, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of building, and structures including permits and penalties, a certain building code known as the Building Code of Summit County, Ohio, save and except such portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended; three copies of which are filed in the office of the Finance Director of the Village, one copy of which is filed in the County Law Library. The provisions of this Code shall be controlling in the construction of all buildings and structures within the corporate limits of the Village. (Ord. 9-1967. Passed 7-5-67.)
