Council shall adopt its own rules, regulations, or by-laws, and shall keep a journal of all its proceedings in which the yea or nay vote of each member of Council voting on an ordinance or resolution or other measure shall be recorded. The journal shall be open for public inspection during the scheduled working hours of the Municipal office or by appointment. (Res. 65-2021. Passed 7-6-21.)
