The Mayor shall have been for at least three (3) continuous years immediately prior to the date of the Mayoral election, a resident and qualified elector of the Municipality or territory annexed thereto, and during this term of office shall continue to be a resident and qualified elector of this Municipality. The Mayor shall hold no other elective public office. The Mayor shall not be otherwise employed by nor shall hold any other office in this Municipality except that of Notary Public or membership in the Ohio National Guard or Reserve Corps of the United States, and except as otherwise provided in this Charter.
