(a) The Mayor and the Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with any separate political subdivision for the use of the Pistol Firing Range and to receive and receipt for the charges for such use.

(b) The form of the contract, as amended, now on file in the office of the Director of Public Service, is hereby approved, and the form of such contract may be used from time to time and with several political subdivisions without separate legislative authority therefor.
