941.03 NUISANCE CONDITIONS PROHIBITED.

No person shall keep or permit the keeping of fermenting, putrefying or odiferous garbage, rubbish or refuse at any place within the Village, whether in containers or dumped in the open. Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of permitting a nuisance.
