No waste water treatment plant shall be installed and maintained on property accessible to a sanitary sewer. Whenever a sanitary sewer is made available, the treatment plant shall be abandoned, and the sewage shall be discharged directly from the building to the sanitary sewer without passage through the treatment plant. The plant shall thereafter be dismantled in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Municipal Engineer.
